ARTUS INSIDER TERMS & CONDITIONS 

 

  1. Membership & Eligibility

 

The Artus Insider Program is a free rewards program offered by The Artus Corporation to its customers. Memberships in the Program are limited to one account per individual.  

 

BY APPLYING FOR MEMBERSHIP IN THE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO BECOME A PART OF ARTUS INSIDER. 

 

  1. Earning and Redeeming Points

 

Artus Insiders 

 

All Online Store user accounts are automatically members upon enrollment. Subject to removal from the Program, a member will remain an Insider indefinitely and can earn and redeem points. 

 

Artus Insider Points 

 

One Artus Insider point is earned for every $1 purchased (does not include shipping or taxes). Every Artus Insider Point equals a $0.06 discount available on the next purchase after reaching 500 total points on the account, the discount is equal to and cannot exceed 10% of the total product value being purchased. Users must provide Artus Insider their email address and log in prior to purchasing to have any Artus Insider Points credited to their account after finishing a purchase. Points are credited to the account once the order is marked as complete. Points previously credited to an account for an order will be removed if the order that resulted in such points is canceled or refunded. 

 

As part of the benefits of being a member, the Insider Points may be redeemed for discounts made available by Artus on the Online Store. Users are eligible to redeem Insider Points for a discount if they have enough Insider Points in their account. The retail value of the discount does not count toward shipping or taxes. Discounts can only be redeemed in the Online Store. 

 

Artus Insider Points themselves have no cash value and can only be redeemed for online discounts. Artus may, in its sole discretion, occasionally allow Insider Points to be redeemed for other benefits or items.  

 

Insider Point Expiration 

 

All unredeemed Artus Insider Points will expire at the end of the calendar year the points were earned. If you have questions regarding the date of your last Insider Point activity or last purchase, check your account page. If you feel Artus Insider Points have expired in error, please email shims@artusworld.com. 

 

In addition, Artus Insider Points will automatically expire if your Membership is revoked or otherwise canceled. 

 

  1. Discounts

 

All discounts are non-transferable, have no cash value (unless required by law), and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, products, gift card, or e-gift certificate unless pursuant to a specific offer from Artus. Members are solely responsible for any taxes incurred on the orders relating to the discount 

 

Redeeming a discount 

 

Discounts are available for redemption in the Online Store once a minimum of 500 points is earned and a new order is started. For the discount to be eligible, the new order needs to be equal to or over $75 in product value. 125 points ($7.5 discount) is the minimum that can be redeemed in one single purchase. Discounts are automatic and cannot exceed 10% of the total product value on any given order. 

 

Online Order Cancellation 

 

If any order is canceled or refunded, any points previously credited to an account due to that order will be removed. 

 

  1.  Communications with Artus; How to Opt Out

 

By signing up for Membership in the Program, users agree to receive advertising, marketing materials, and other communications from Artus. By signing up to join the Program, users will automatically be subscribed to receive Program emails. 

 

If you do not wish to receive these communications, you can request that they be discontinued by emailing shims@artusworld.com or manually opting out with the links on the footer of the emails received. 

 

  1.  Changes, Termination and/or Removal from Program

 

Artus may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the Program rules, regulations, benefits, Rewards, eligibility for Membership, or any other feature of the Program (including assigning any of its obligations to customers under the Program at any time to another person or entity, without recourse) or may terminate the Program any time at its sole discretion, by posting any such changes on the Artus website.  

 

YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING SUCH CHANGES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. 

 

Artus reserves the right to exclude individuals from the Program, remove Insider Points from a member’s account and/or cancel orders that are not consistent with Artus policy in its sole but reasonable discretion. In particular, any abuse, manipulation, failure to follow any terms of the Program, unredeemed point at the end of the calendar year, misrepresentation or conduct detrimental to the interests of Artus not otherwise protected by law may subject members to Membership revocation or deduction of Insider Points obtained through these abusive or manipulative activities. Cancellation of orders will affect eligibility for further participation in the Program. Membership is non-transferable and Membership purchases must be made by the member. If the Membership is revoked or otherwise canceled, any Insider Points in that account will automatically expire. Artus reserves the right to make changes to its Website and these Terms at any time. It is each user’s responsibility to occasionally check or review these Terms to keep informed of any changes.
