Artus custom die-cut shims and gaskets are made in any size and shape, in a variety of thicknesses from 0.0005” to 0.060”, and in whatever quantity desired. Artus color-coded plastic shims and shim stock are also capable of producing a seal. Though not as strong as our other gasket material, plastic shims and gaskets are remarkably durable, rust-proof, non-hygroscopic, impervious to oil, and economical.
